What a crazy ride this 3 book set was. I'd just finished the Darkroom Saga and was desperate for more of Poppet, and this book set Loving Holly was recommended to me. Wow!! Holly was an incredible character, a touch promiscuous but hey she's 28 and can do what she wants, however her partners in love and her friends loved her fiercely and all had a different relationships with her. She had so many reasons for everything she did. She loved with an open heart, and would torment herself for her feelings. This was no ordinary love story, it was dark, angsty, controlling, crazy, heartfelt, cruel, happy, sad & every emotion you could think of in one story, I devoured these books. I love to read something different in this Romance/Erotica genre, and Poppet has created her own genre as there's nothing as intricate and complex & original as this story Absolutely a 5 +++ star read.Product details

This is the combination of the first 3 books in the series. I do believe this is the first book I've ever read were I changed who I was cheering on throughout the series. The mindf**ks in this series had me questioning myself. I love how the characters were all woven together and the drama is OFF THE CHARTS! If you love angsty and dark this is a must read!
Can't wait for more on this series. I really would love to see how other characters live on after this ending!
I read all three books in quick succession because I could not put them down. Gemma tells a story that is raw, sexy and confronting but confronting in a good way. I knew from the beginning who I wanted Holly to be with and I wasn't disappointed in the end. On the way to finding out who Holly would become I lived every moment with her and went on the journey as she discovered herself, fell in and out of love and when she was knocked down and sad. She became strong and the person she needed to be to bring us to a more than satisfying conclusion. If you are of the faint heart this trilogy may not be for you but I highly recommend regardless.
Heartbreaking, soul crushing, intensely emotional, but so very worth reading!!! I have laughed, cried, worried, and rejoiced throughout this book series. The depth of crushing events hold you enthralled and waiting for the good to come out of a bad situation. Holly goes through hell in so many different ways. Her life is forever changed from meeting these men. Nobody knows the severity of the horrors you might face in the "guise of love". Not all relationships are perfect. This book shows the range of ways that one can be manipulated and tortured while being told it's for love. I applaud Gemma for writing about such an intense subject. I love reading books by this author. It will engage your entire brain, your heart, your soul!!! Holly's journey is a hard one, but this story is unbelievably powerful! Loved it!

This compilation of books,catapults you into the life of a woman who is turned inside out by the men in her life.After reading these books I was left feeling like an open wound with all my feelings raw and exposed.I laughed,cried,seethed and at the end I cheered for Holly who after this long journey became my hero .She is a lesson to us all,letting us know that whatever horror we may face in life,as long as we have air in our lungs we are capable of immeasurable strength enabling us to put the pieces back together and find the happiness we deserve. Brava to Gemma for once again giving us intensely,deep literature that is a book lovers dream.
